Nasi goreng petai nan pedas


Bahan:
– 2 centong nasi putih.
– 1 biji telor ayam.
– 3 lembar daun sawi, potong- potong
– Petai sesuai selera.
– 1 sdm margarin.
– 1 sachet kecap manis.

Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
– 2 siung bawang merah.
– 2 siung bawang putih.
– cabe rawit sesuai selera.

Cara memasak:
– Panaskan margarin, masukkan telor. Bikin orak arik.
– Masukkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan, sampai tercium harum.
– Masukkan nasi putih. Aduk sampai merata.
– Tambahkan kecap manis.
– Tambahkah sawi, petai.
– Nasi goreng siap disajikan.
